1. SMS Messaging Program
By enabling SMS two-factor authentication on BidBlock, you consent to receive automated text messages from Jack Nine Digital LLC. Messages include:
- Two-factor authentication verification codes
- Account security alerts
- Important service announcements
Message frequency is based on your login activity. Typically 1-5 messages per month.
2. Consent
By providing your phone number and enabling SMS two-factor authentication in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive text messages from BidBlock.
Consent is not a condition of use. You can use BidBlock without SMS — authenticator app 2FA is available as an alternative.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to SMS messages you receive. Check with your carrier for details.
4. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from us
- Disabling SMS 2FA in your profile settings and switching to authenticator app
- Contacting us at [email protected]
5. Help
For help with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message or email [email protected].
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your phone number is used only for account security (2FA codes). We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Third-Party SMS Provider
We use Vonage to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number and message content are processed by Vonage in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email.
